Lakai Pacer review
Ok here it is, my review on the Lakai Pacer.
So this is one of Lakais latest offerings for 2015 and I have to say that I was a bit dubious as I don't normally like a cupsole skate shoe but I have been pleasantly surprised!
The upper on these is a one piece suede toe as you can see in the picture and the side panels are a weird mesh like fabric, and if you are like me and like doing heelflips it will be interesting to see how long this lasts as heelflips tend to shred this part of the shoe fairly quickly.
The Cupsole is very nicely moulded and lakai have trimmed it down as much as they can on the side walls to make them a bit lighter, and personally I think the cupsole looks great.
It is mega flexible, you can skate these straight out the box, no break in time needed which is always a plus, and the board feel is amazing. Lakai have definately got their cupsole sorted.
The tongue is thin and there is minimal padding around the ankle, but my god these are comfy!
These would be a great chilling shoe too.
I will be doing an updated review on these once ive shredded hell out of em so expect an update in about a month.
As always if you have any questions please feel free to comment below.
