Today was the day my eldest who is nearly 6 got his first proper pair of skate shoes, finally he is at the right foot size that they start at.
He is like me, he likes bright coloured shoes and ever since I had a pair of lakai picos in bright yellow he has wanted a pair. But he wanted red and blue which are his two favourite colours, as you can tell from his skateboard as he has a red deck and blue trucks :)
So after alot of searching we found a pair of Lakai Brea in the colours that he wanted.

After tearing into the parcel when it arrived, his eyes lit up, it was a great moment for him and for me to be honest.
After lacing them up of course he had to test them out. Then before he went to bed tonight he said Im going to keep them in the box when im not wearing them, and thats where they are now all tucked up for the night :)
